Eclipse Running: New Location, Same Philosophy

"I opened Eclipse Running in 1994 with one goal-- to make it a business I was proud to own. The first store was just 600 sq. ft and we only carried four brands of shoes.  I wasn't a franchise and I didn't have retail experience.  The only experience I had was a lifetime of running, and a passion to share my love of all things connected to running.  Over the years, I have met many friends and customers who share this passion, from the local running groups with seasoned runners to the various teams training for races to the new enthusiastic runners or walkers.  As the store grows, my goal has remained the same.   
Our new location is at 3438 Lakeside Drive (northeast corner of Lakeside and Moana).  Stop by to say hello if you are in the neighborhood."

Welcome to Eclipse Running's official website! Since 1994, Eclipse Running has been dedicated to finding the correct footwear, clothing, accessories, and food for the runner, walker, swimmer, and triathlete.  Our goal is individual fit for a healthy, safe, and enjoyable running experience.

Call out for donation shoes:

In the last 10 years, we have collected more than 20,000 pairs of shoe for donations.  However, organizations like Washoe Sheriff's Department, Mountain Ministries, and Racing for Recovery still have a need for more shoes.  Please donate your old running shoes at Eclipse Running.
